Mortgage Rate Data

Current mortgage rates displayed in the app are sourced from the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) API and represent national averages from the Primary Mortgage Market Survey conducted by Freddie Mac. These rates:

• Are national averages, not personalized quotes
• May not reflect rates available to you based on your credit, location, or loan type
• Are updated weekly (typically Thursdays) and may not reflect intraday rate changes
• Should not be interpreted as an offer to lend at any specific rate

User Accounts

You may optionally create an account to sync your data across devices. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access
